The My Wash Club App (also known as the My Wash Membership App) provides for the management of car wash services. The monthly wash pass provides a package of washes and ancillary service credits (where available) on a monthly basis, each month the pass is renewed. The monthly wash pass automatically renews until the customer cancels via the app.
The operator reserves the right to cancel, amend, or change the program as it feels necessary. Membership can be cancelled at any time. No refunds or credits will be given for partial periods. Operators reserve the right to close the wash at times due to adverse weather conditions or maintenance, with or without notice.
The monthly wash pass price is per vehicle washed at our facilities. Washing another vehicle with your monthly pass will result in that vehicle being added to your monthly wash pass family plan automatically — and you agree to the associated increase in monthly charges.
By enrolling, you agree that the credit/debit card provided can be charged automatically via auto-renewal. The service is intended as a monthly subscription that you can cancel anytime by pressing the cancel button in the app. However, the ease of cancelling is not to be used in an attempt to prevent billing for partial months.
If a user cancels their monthly subscription and re-enrolls within 30 days of expiration, the re-enrollment date will be set to the same day of the month as the previous subscription and billed as a continuation of the prior month. You waive any and all right to withhold or delay payment of the related charges.
Your enrollment with your email address and cell phone number is explicit consent to receive email and text message communication from the company regarding your wash pass account, car wash operations and updates, including marketing activity. You can unsubscribe from these messages at any time through standard unsubscribe practices. Note that unsubscribing will also stop automated account alerts.

The monthly wash pass cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions.
By subscribing to the monthly wash pass service, you grant the car wash operator and its supplier, Dencar Technology Inc., non-revocable permission to capture your image and likeness in photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings, or any other media (collectively "Images").
You acknowledge that Dencar Technology Inc. will own such Images, and grant Dencar Technology permission to copyright, display, publish, distribute, use, modify, print, and reprint such Images in any manner whatsoever related to its business — including publications, advertisements, brochures, website images, or other electronic displays and transmissions.
You waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the Images by Dencar Technology prior to its use, and forever release and hold Dencar Technology harmless from any and all liability arising out of the use of the Images, and waive any claims relating to use of the Images, including (without limitation) claims for invasion of privacy rights or publicity.
You forever release and hold Royal Rinse Car Wash, RR Payroll, LLC, Red Ride Car Wash Fund I, L.P., and all of its affiliates, members, managers, and owners harmless from any and all liability arising out of the use of the car wash facilities, and waive any and all claims and causes of action relating to use of the car wash facilities.
