Typically $300K+ annual revenue, 75+ daily customers (IBA and self-service combined), and steady year-over-year growth. Not absolute requirements, but a strong signal.
Major equipment — IBAs, soap systems, spot-free rinse — less than seven years old (roughly 50% through useful life). Older is OK; we just price in the near-term replacement.

Total revenue from this year (YTD is fine) and last year. Pay-station summaries, QuickBooks, or tax returns — whichever is easiest for you.
Manufacturer and age of the IBAs, soap distribution system, self-service bays (including meter boxes), and the building roof.
